Press Release Body = December 1, 2005 -- Connecticut record label, THA ZOO Records, has announced the recent completion of a luxurious, state of the art recording facility, the Onyx Soundlab.
Originally built for internal record label production and recording purposes, the studio has now been made available to the public. \"We have received such incredible feedback from our contacts in the music industry, that we have decided to make the facility open to the public,\" says THA ZOO Records co-owner Peter Kowalczyk
The studio features a relaxing producer lounge and state of the art control room. Unlike other studios in the Connecticut area, the Onyx Soundlab was designed not only to the highest sound standards, but also with the comfort and luxury of the artist in mind. Custom wood flooring in the vocal booth and soundstage, provide a unique acoustical stamp to the recordings that cannot be reproduced digitally.
On staff are multiple in-house engineers and producers, including well known Connecticut producer James Holden, who specializes in MIDI production, as well as, voice coaching and singing lessons.
Rounding out the services available are mastering, duplication, and in-house mixing, making the Onyx Soundlab a true, full service recording studio.
Located in Manchester, Connecticut, the Onyx Soundlab can be reached at 860-436-4581. Office hours are 9am-5pm Monday through Friday, scheduling by appointment only.
